All orders placed daily are processed within 1-2 business days and our company makes every effort to deliver courier companies as soon as possible from our headquarters. It is valid if all the products of your order are available in the same storage space and if there are no other reasons for force majeure, eg extreme weather events, traffic ban, strikes, pandemics and more.
ACS Courier (Within Greece)
After sending your order, you will receive an email confirming the completion and shipping of your order, which will contain the voucher (tracking) number of your parcel.

Once your order has been delivered to ACS Courier, you can check the progress of your order on the ACS website, https://www.acscourier.net/ by entering the shipping number or by phone with ACS at +30 210 81 81 90 000 and 801 500 1111 (from landline).
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days for Greece (Working Days Monday to Friday).
Shipping Cost:
For orders whose value is 60.00 euros and over, shipping is free within Greece.
Free shipping covers the shipment of your order to the shipping address you provide when you place your order, unless your area is considered inaccessible based on the ACS directory.
In this case, you will need to pick up your order from the nearest ACS store or charge for the ACS costs that may be incurred to deliver it to your location
In case the value of your order is less than 60.00 euros then:
You will be charged with the shipping cost of 2.90 euros.
* If your area is considered inaccessible based on the ACS catalog you will need to pick it up from the nearest ACS store or charge the ACS costs that may be incurred to ship your order to your place.
DHL (All Over the World)
After sending your order, you will receive an email confirming the completion and shipping of your order, which will contain the voucher (tracking) number of your parcel.

Once your order has been delivered to DHL Express, you can check the progress of your order on the DHL website, https://www.dhl.gr/ by entering the shipping number or by phone call to DLH at +30 210 98 9890000.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days for Greece (Working Days Monday to Friday).
Shipping Cost:
For orders whose value is 120.00 euros and over, shipping is free all over the world.
In case the value of your order is less than 120.00 euros then:
You will be charged with the shipping cost of 15.00 euros.
General Terms
The current difficulties of free movement and overloading of transport companies due to the pandemic of COVID-19, may delay the shipment. As a result, your parcel may be delivered 2 to 4 days later than the estimated delivery time.
The delivery time is only indicative and Simatis Real Leather is not responsible for any possible delay that is likely for you to experience due to force majeure events, e.g. extreme weather conditions, traffic bans, strikes, pandemics and more.
