    Introduction

    In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us at +30 694 572 4581 or via email at info@kimothoe.com to let us know the reason for the change-return.

    Change

    In case the purchased product needs to be changed (within Greece), the customer is charged with the shipping cost of 2.90 euros.In case the purchased product needs to be changed (all over the world except Greece), the customer is charged with the shipping cost of 15.00 euros, the change will be performed by the courier company cooperating with us. The change will be accepted within 14 days from the delivery date to the customer’s stated location. Changes after the time of 14 days will not be accepted unless there is a case of a defective product, then a process will be followed according to Greek law.

    The returned product must be unopened, in its original condition and packaging and must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or invoice. The value of the new product should be equal or greater than the product returned. If the value of the new product is greater than the one which is returned then the difference will have to be paid through the cash on delivery process or by transfer to the bank account (before sending the new product). As soon as the returned product is received, our company will verify that all the above are met, and then send the new product to the customer within 1-3 working days.

    External – Aesthetic – Defects

    Upon receipt, the customer is obliged to unpack and inspect the products to confirm the absence of external, aesthetic defects, and in case they exist, is entitled to repel the receipt of the item and return it to the distributor otherwise to announce the existence of aesthetic defects. within ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of the item while in case of expiration of this period it loses any relevant right and it is considered that the aesthetic defect was caused after delivery.

    Kimothoe is obliged to replace this item with another one in a short time, without the external defect. In case of no timely inspection of the item, it is considered that it was delivered in excellent external condition without aesthetic defects.

    This term does not apply to the sale of items from physical stores when the delivery of the item takes place in the physical store when the item should be opened and checked during delivery by the customer.

     

    Product returns charged to Kimothoe

    Return of products is charged to Kimothoe:

    In all cases in which other items delivered than those ordered, by type or quantity.

    In case of a damaged package, in whole or in part.

    In case it is found that the item has a manufacturing defect (if this is confirmed by the authorized repairman who provides the guarantee of good operation) or lack of quality, which has previously been agreed in writing with Kimothoe.

    In case of a damaged package, the customer is entitled not to accept the receipt of the product at all and request its replacement, after communication with Kimothoe.

    In the case of refund charged to the company, the products returned must be in the condition received by the customer and returned at the agreed time. Any delay on the part of the customer is justified only for reasons of force majeure, otherwise, the replacement right under this condition is waived.

    In all cases, the return of the product to be replaced should include all the documents that accompanied the product (eg invoice, receipt, etc.) and its complete packaging (unless it is a defect which was found later by the delivery and the packaging does not exist or also in the case of a product whose packaging was received by the distributors upon delivery of the item). The return of products charged to Kimothoe will proceed via courier.

    In case of return of the products depending on the case, repair or replacement will be performed, otherwise, the transaction will be canceled if the customer legally rejects the previous two, so, provided that the products have been previously received and checked by Kimothoe, in case of cancellation, the refund to the customer will be processed by the payment method that was chosen when the order was originally submitted.

    In particular, in the event of a credit card charge, Kimothoe will be required to notify the issuing bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then proceed with any transaction under the contract with the customer without Kimothoe responsibility. Kimothoe after this update bears no responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the dispute, which is regulated by the aforementioned contract.

    In the event that the products are returned damaged or defective, the online store has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the status of the products and to make unilaterally and without delay a total or partial offsetting of this claim against the customer.

    The return of the product from the customer to our company should be done using the courier company cooperating with us. The amount (deducted from shipping and return costs) will be credited to the customer in a bank account of his choice after the receipt of the product by our company in its original condition, in its original packaging and unused accompanied by the original purchase receipt or invoice. Returns are accepted only if the products are in the best condition received without damage and to be complete, within its original packaging.

    If the product does not meet the above conditions it will be returned to the sender.
